What are apostille services?

In order to make the document authentication process easier, an international agreement was passed. Under this agreement, a competent authority will issue an individual an apostille certificate to certify that the document is legal, so that the document can be recognized in parties of this agreement.

In January 2021, Singapore has acceded to the Apostille Convention and now the Singapore Academy of Law is issuing apostille certificates. If you require apostille services, you have to take note that all notarised documents must to authenticated by The Singapore Academy of Law which is entrusted to affix Apostilles

  • by each additional person - $10
  • for each exhibitor attached to the document - $10

Certificate of Declaration

  • issuance of notarial certificate to first party - $75
  • each additional party - $20

Certifying Copies as True

  • Certify a copy with seal - $10 for the first page and $5 for every next page
  • Certify a copy without seal - $5 for the first page and $2 for every next page

Statuary Declaration

  • For first party - $40
